We’re a small Aussie business. Every single potential customer that hits our website is precious to us (that includes you, of course).

In the highly unlikely event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase inside those first 60 days, and the product your ordered is in the same as-new condition it was when it was sold to you (including the original packaging), then we may (under our discretion) accept a refund request.
If you’d like to take advantage of our returns policy, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. If we accept your request, we will send you a return authorisation number.
We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping charges) once we inspect and accept the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned product is different in any respect to the product delivered, shows any signs of misuse, or is returned to us without following our return policy.
If we reject the product returned to us, we will send it back to you at your cost.
All return postage costs for items posted back to Wired Rides for change of mind are at the customer’s expense.

When you’re shopping online, you want your order fast, right?

Your order will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the day you ordered. Doesn’t matter what you order, we’ll make sure you get your order as fast as possible.

The answer is - it depends. On some products we offer free shipping Australia wide. While other products will incur a shipping charge. Simply make your way through checkout to discover total shipping costs.
No stress. If you’re not home, our couriers will either place your order in a safe and dry location or drop your order off at the nearest depot.
In this case, a calling card will be left at your front door or in your mailbox so you can organise redelivery or pick-up.
In saying this, given the high-ticket value for most Wired Rides items, we recommend you (or a friend or family member) is present at the delivery address.

We’ve partnered with Australia’s quickest and most efficient couriers to make sure your order arrives FAST.
99% of our orders are shipped within one business day. That means if you order on a Monday, we’ll usually ship either on the same day or the next business day (Tuesday).
Your order will usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
Of course, this timeline depends on where you’re located and the courier we use for delivery. If you live in a metro area, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days.
If you live outside a metro area, your order will usually take a little longer to arrive. In all circumstances, we recommend you allow 5 business days for your order to arrive (just to be sure).
The moment your order is picked up from one of our warehouses, we’ll send you tracking details via email. That means you’ll be able to keep an eye on your order and see where it is at any point in time.

The first thing we recommend you do is check your tracking details. It may be that your order was held up a little or perhaps your order was delivered to a depot for pick up.

My Papa Grande has arrived and it hasn�t disappointed my expectations. Such a joy to ride, do yourself a favour and get one !
So I was looking for an E-Bike to get this old 73 year old body around, so I bought this Papa Grande today, and before I sat on it I thought to myself this is the bike I want�I have stability problems, and this bike took care of that straight away. I don�t have a problem with controlled speed�just a twist to the acceleration connection took care of that�..I just love this E-Bike, and it is light enough for me to load into my Ute and unload it. Thanks to the young men..Conrad and Michael for their attentiveness and help�Well done fellas

First E/Trike Purchase. Wanted something to set up to take me fishing either off the river bank, off the breakwater or off the beach. After looking at a number of trikes I settled on the Papa Grande. 500 Watt motor, available carry baskets, tyre size were all part of my consideration. All trikes had their pluses and minuses, but the Papa Grande came out on top. Not disappointed. The power and acceleration of this machine has impressed me. I have finally finished adding the accessories that I wanted to make it suitable for the purpose intended. These include a floor in the cargo rack, rear board to accommodate rod holders, additional tail/blinker remote light, dual headlights (a low and high beam) to help find my way off the beach at night, mirrors, and an electronic horn. The attached photos show the finished product, and yes, the �number plate� says it all. Happy to provide any further details if required.
Note. this trike is probably not suitable for shorter people. At my height of 166 centimetres and the seat at its lowest setting, the ride setup is just right. If I was any shorter I would probably struggle with pedal reach.
