The Segway Ninebot Password Locks allows more than 10,000 possibilities combination, making it much safer than other 4 4igit locks. It is easy to set and reset your combination.
The password lock is made of strong braided steel. Because of this, the lock is flexible and resistant to cutting and sawing. The PVC coating helps to prevent damage from scratching on your electric scooter.
The Segway password lock is self-coiling which makes it easy to use and store. Because of the mounting bracket, the lock can easily be mounted to the scooter.
This password lock is compatible with all Segway-Ninebot Kickscooters and other models of electric scooters.

In the highly unlikely event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase inside those first 60 days, and the product your ordered is in the same as-new condition it was when it was sold to you (including the original packaging), then we may (under our discretion) accept a refund request.
If you’d like to take advantage of our returns policy, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. If we accept your request, we will send you a return authorisation number.
We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping charges) once we inspect and accept the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned product is different in any respect to the product delivered, shows any signs of misuse, or is returned to us without following our return policy.
If we reject the product returned to us, we will send it back to you at your cost.
All return postage costs for items posted back to Wired Rides for change of mind are at the customer’s expense.

When you’re shopping online, you want your order fast, right?
We understand that. That’s why 99% of our orders are shipped within one business day from the time you order.
Your order will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the day you ordered. Doesn’t matter what you order, we’ll make sure you get your order as fast as possible.
We use the fastest and most efficient couriers in the country to make sure you get your order in record time. You can track your order the entire time. As soon as your order is on the way we’ll send you an email with tracking details.

The answer is - it depends. On some products we offer free shipping Australia wide. While other products will incur a shipping charge. Simply make your way through checkout to discover total shipping costs.
No stress. If you’re not home, our couriers will either place your order in a safe and dry location or drop your order off at the nearest depot.
In this case, a calling card will be left at your front door or in your mailbox so you can organise redelivery or pick-up.
In saying this, given the high-ticket value for most Wired Rides items, we recommend you (or a friend or family member) is present at the delivery address.

We’ve partnered with Australia’s quickest and most efficient couriers to make sure your order arrives FAST.
99% of our orders are shipped within one business day. That means if you order on a Monday, we’ll usually ship either on the same day or the next business day (Tuesday).
Your order will usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
Of course, this timeline depends on where you’re located and the courier we use for delivery. If you live in a metro area, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days.
If you live outside a metro area, your order will usually take a little longer to arrive. In all circumstances, we recommend you allow 5 business days for your order to arrive (just to be sure).
The moment your order is picked up from one of our warehouses, we’ll send you tracking details via email. That means you’ll be able to keep an eye on your order and see where it is at any point in time.
