We’re so confident you’ll love your Wired Rides gear that we offer a 60 day return policy.

In the highly unlikely event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase inside those first 60 days, and the product your ordered is in the same as-new condition it was when it was sold to you (including the original packaging), then we may (under our discretion) accept a refund request.

If you’d like to take advantage of our returns policy, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. If we accept your request, we will send you a return authorisation number. 

We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping charges) once we inspect and accept the product.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned product is different in any respect to the product delivered, shows any signs of misuse, or is returned to us without following our return policy.

If we reject the product returned to us, we will send it back to you at your cost.

All return postage costs for items posted back to Wired Rides for change of mind are at the customer’s expense.

Your order will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the day you ordered. Doesn’t matter what you order, we’ll make sure you get your order as fast as possible.

We use the fastest and most efficient couriers in the country to make sure you get your order in record time. You can track your order the entire time. As soon as your order is on the way we’ll send you an email with tracking details.

If the product you ordered from us doesn’t work right or is faulty in any way, simply return it to us and we can fix or repair your product under warranty. In the event that your product cannnot be repaired for whatever reason, we may offer a replacement item.

How much is shipping?

The answer is - it depends. On some products we offer free shipping Australia wide. While other products will incur a shipping charge. Simply make your way through checkout to discover total shipping costs.  

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

No stress. If you’re not home, our couriers will either place your order in a safe and dry location or drop your order off at the nearest depot. 

In this case, a calling card will be left at your front door or in your mailbox so you can organise redelivery or pick-up. 

In saying this, given the high-ticket value for most Wired Rides items, we recommend you (or a friend or family member) is present at the delivery address. 

We’d hate for your gear to go missing :( 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We’ve partnered with Australia’s quickest and most efficient couriers to make sure your order arrives FAST.

99% of our orders are shipped within one business day. That means if you order on a Monday, we’ll usually ship either on the same day or the next business day (Tuesday).

Your order will usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. 

Of course, this timeline depends on where you’re located and the courier we use for delivery. If you live in a metro area, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days.

If you live outside a metro area, your order will usually take a little longer to arrive. In all circumstances, we recommend you allow 5 business days for your order to arrive (just to be sure).

The moment your order is picked up from one of our warehouses, we’ll send you tracking details via email. That means you’ll be able to keep an eye on your order and see where it is at any point in time.

Hey what gives, it’s been more than a week and my order hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

That sucks!

The first thing we recommend you do is check your tracking details. It may be that your order was held up a little or perhaps your order was delivered to a depot for pick up.

If your tracking details don’t shed any light on where your order is, contact us on (03) 9007 2423 and our support team will help work out where your order is.

I waited for my board Between 50-60 days due to standard delivery that I chose. It came and the weather of course was so there to try due to cold and rain. But I took this out for a test and I drove for a couple of hours during the evening. Just saying this "wow" you really feel how nice it slides through the road. Everything is so nice, material, how it sounds **** wow like it sounds. The tires are really super. Took 165 size and wow it was really you barely felt the asphalt, cracks, rocks and grass forget these, you go on this you forget these. As far as I dig the board but have only had a couple of hours to drive it to see how it will be later when the weather gets better. Best work and package was s� nice wraped. Thank you Radley. Will post more when iam out on riding it again.

I come from hub motor boards so the change in comfort and torque was very noticeable. This board rides awesome. I bought the 2 in 1 package and haven't received cloudwheels yet but for now the AT wheels are doing great. It feels very stable even with DKP trucks. The deck is the nicest deck I've ever ridden on. It seems to be the same deck as the old haloboards deck but it's well built and saves as much weight as possible on a board with hardware like this. There is no flex but that also means it's good for heavier riders like me. I wish they'd ship my cloudwheels but I'm giving the product itself 5 stars. I have a second 4ah battery and modded my decks griptape so the top hatch can be undone and I can swap them. Next is a VESC and this thing will be a force to be reckoned with.

Purchase this board to take on vacation, it did not let me down one bit! So much fun. I would consider myself an intermediate rider I have four other boards that I use but I really believe this is going to become my new favorite. I love the way it handles on sidewalks, streets and in gravel. Super stable and a great value for the money.

Always wanted to skate but never had the opportunity. Picked this up for the stability and the ability to run over road/sidewalk debris. Enjoy cruising with my niece, nephew and my dog gets a better workout than just walking. Well built and cruises over cracks, twigs, rocks and uneven pavement very well.

Just got my Raldey board and it will not power on at all. What a bummer! Fully charged up both the board and the remote but the board will just not turn on. I have sent customer support an email about the issue and will update this review when I get a response. ***UPDATE*** I have been working with customer support and to be honest they have been great so far. Since the board is brand new and has not been ridden they will be sending me a replacement at no cost. They are sending me a USPS return shipping label as well. I will update again once I receive my replacement board.
