Thanks to the onboard 36V lithium-ion battery, you can get a range of up to 80km from a single charge. Charge time is around 7 hours.
The zippy 250W, brushless motor can propel the Fiido D12 electric mountain bike up to a brisk top speed of 25km/h. More than enough to get you to wherever you want to go, fast.
The Fiido D12 frame is constructed entirely from strong, yet lightweight aluminium. The entire bike weighs just 17kg yet features a high payload of 120kg.

Fiido electric bikes are covered by a 36 month warranty on the frame and up to 12 months on basic and motor parts. This warranty covers you against manufacturer defects and issues.
If for some reason your new Fiido electric bike is not operating as described, simply contact us and we'll either repair your item under warranty...or we may be able to offer a refund/exchange (at our discretion). Again, if for some reason your item doesn't work as expected, contact us right away and we'll sort out any issues ASAP.

In the highly unlikely event you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase inside those first 60 days, and the product your ordered is in the same as-new condition it was when it was sold to you (including the original packaging), then we may (under our discretion) accept a refund request.
If you’d like to take advantage of our returns policy, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. If we accept your request, we will send you a return authorisation number.
We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping charges) once we inspect and accept the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned product is different in any respect to the product delivered, shows any signs of misuse, or is returned to us without following our return policy.
If we reject the product returned to us, we will send it back to you at your cost.
All return postage costs for items posted back to Wired Rides for change of mind are at the customer’s expense.

Your order will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the day you ordered. Doesn’t matter what you order, we’ll make sure you get your order as fast as possible.

The answer is - it depends. On some products we offer free shipping Australia wide. While other products will incur a shipping charge. Simply make your way through checkout to discover total shipping costs.
No stress. If you’re not home, our couriers will either place your order in a safe and dry location or drop your order off at the nearest depot.
In this case, a calling card will be left at your front door or in your mailbox so you can organise redelivery or pick-up.
In saying this, given the high-ticket value for most Wired Rides items, we recommend you (or a friend or family member) is present at the delivery address.

99% of our orders are shipped within one business day. That means if you order on a Monday, we’ll usually ship either on the same day or the next business day (Tuesday).
Your order will usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
Of course, this timeline depends on where you’re located and the courier we use for delivery. If you live in a metro area, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days.
If you live outside a metro area, your order will usually take a little longer to arrive. In all circumstances, we recommend you allow 5 business days for your order to arrive (just to be sure).
The moment your order is picked up from one of our warehouses, we’ll send you tracking details via email. That means you’ll be able to keep an eye on your order and see where it is at any point in time.
