There are some exclusions as well as terms and conditions to our price match guarantee

1. Sales promotions such as buy one, get one free offers are excluded
2. The product/s must be in stock on the competitors website
3. The website can not be an auction website or online marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Kogan Marketplace, etc.)
4. The competitor must be an authorized reseller or distributor
5. Our price match guarantee applies to the total price including shipping

To price match, simply email, call or use live chat to contact us. We require proof of the cheaper advertised product such as a screenshot and website details. We reserve the right to refuse to match a price if we deem the product presented does not meet the exclusions and requirements above.
